Thursday - Cafe and Cardio

Good morning!
Well, they are predicting today's temperature to be between 85-90 degrees.  Go away heat, it's Autumn!
Today's my son's 25th birthday, so I'll be busy in the kitchen making all of his specials.  I'll be trying to make my own Ricotta Cheese today, I'm excited to see how it turns out.  My food for today:
Breakfast - mini frittata
Snack - veggies w/dip
Lunch - 0% beef hot dog w/l.c. bun
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - ricotta bake
Snack - fage w/small slice of sweet/salty brownie

Well as some of you know I  am back on track...started monday and already lost 4 lbs of the 27  I want to loose...the book really helped me (Women Food & God) to see things as they should be...not only that just that I want to be "healed" I want my mind right...soo I have to listen to my body in order to do that! we all do so here is the plan for today

EM - COFFEE
 
B- SPINACH OMLET, HAM, APPLES W/ HOME MADE YOGURT DIP

L- BEEF STIR FRY, SALAD W/ LIGHT DRESSING

D- KIM'S TURKEY SQUASH STIR FRY 
     DESERT STRAWBERRY GREEK YOGURT


CAL  1183  FAT 42  CARBS  82  PROTEIN  120

 Better late than never right?

Breakfast - 1/2 Starbucks perfect oatmeal with nuts and fruit, Coffee

Lunch- Carls Jr Chicken Club no bun no mayo, Coffee

Water, 1 mile on the treadmill, Water

Dinner- Turkey Burger in lettuce with avocado onion and steak sauce, with cucumber slices and some cantaloupe

Water

Snack- bell pepper strips with left over meaty spaghetti sauce (heart burn!)

Green Tea (decaf) before bed

Did you notice I snuck in a mile at the gym before dinner?

I am sore.. I need to find a tea good for sore muscles. I love tea in the evening, needs to be herbal rather than decaffeinated, I prefer naturally caffeine free, I was just out of it tonight.


Yeah me I lost .5 lbs yesterday! Lets hope its still off tomorrow morning!
