Monday Cafe and Cardio

Happy Monday!
After a good weekend, I'm ready for a new week.  I'm going to the health club today for the first time in 5 months.  My back is feeling pretty good, so I don't want to do too much.  I plan on 15 min. on eliptical and 30 on treadmill.  Then some light weight lifting.  I am soooo ready!  My food for today:
Breakfast - eggs
Snack - 1/4 H.C. apple w/pb2
Lunch - hamburger w/o bun
Snack - veggies w/hummus
Dinner - flank steak w/grilled veggies
Snack - fage

Hi Deb,

So glad to hear that you're feeling better.  The weather is changing and now is the time when I miss working at night.  During the day is when I would hit the Walking Trail instead of the gym.  Well, I do plan to get to the gym after work...really looking forward to a good workout myself.

EM -  Chocolate Protein Shake / Decaf Coffee
B -     Turkey Bacon w/ Spinach Omelet
S -     Pretzel Snaps
L -     Mediterrian Salad w/ LF Italian dressing
S -     Dannon Light Yogurt w/ string cheese
D -    Grilled Tilapia w/ tossed salad & spinach
