What are your goals this week to get BOT?

My goal this week is to keep calorie count under my calorie range and eat no exercise calories M-F.  Same for weekend but I can eat exercise calories if I have any to eat. My weekend is packed so not sure how much exercise I can squeeze into it. I am also going to exercise 5 days M-F.

What are your goals if you care to share them?   Putting them in writing helps solidify them.
Have a good week!

Hi Mollie! Good luck with your goals for this week.
I have two goals for this week. The first one is to maintain the low carb regimen I´ve followed strictly for 2 weeks. I´m seeing results in body volume, my clothes fit better, even though I haven´t lost a pound. So I want to stick to this stricter regimen for atleast another week before I switch to a loser maintenance diet again(which makes life more bearable!)
I haven´t done anything nice for myself in ages, so this week I will do 2 nice things for myself and myself only. Maybe a manicure... or my hair. Small things like that make me feel prettier and more motivated!

My goal is to stay low carb, too, although I may allow myself one serving of corn.  I have been struggling with the carb monster lately and late night is the worst for me. I bought the book on how to stop night eating, but I'm not sure that is totally my problem although I tend to be not very hungry early, but starving (lol!) late in the day after I get home from work and after dinner. I'm slowly healing from my navel infection post hernia surgery and my pinched nerve in my neck, so walking is my only exercise currenlty but I bought a shake weight and have some yoga videos I need to check out.  I am not great, but I used to do a little yoga and I enjoyed it.

I struggle with late night eating also, so I truly understand.  I have given up at no late night eating.  I just make sure my choices are good choices.

My 2 -year post op is in a week- so for this week- and next -
I do want to keep my crabs low -
and drink a lot of water.

If I do that - I will be at a perfect "goal weight".  (carbs made me gain 3-5 lbs of water lol)
And of course - keep up with the exercises.
