Weds Cardio and Cafe !

 Hey BOTTs,

It's so hot here nothing sounds good to eat and I have been thinking ice cream, ice cream, ice cream.  Love those sugar free pops  

Breakfast was a mix of some fresh fruit
Lunch is going to be salad greens with cold shrimp
Protein shake for snack
Dinner I honestly don't know yet but have chicken breast and asparagus in my mind

Cardio?  It's to hot to walk or anything so I am thinking of going to the Y and hitting the pool.  Now that is a great way to get cardio in and not sweat 

What do you have planned for the day?  Come on in and let's share and motivate!!

Hey BOTT Family,

I agree Kathy it is too hot to do anything, but I have an appointment this afternoon with the trainer to set up my workout plan.  I canceled last week because of the Nor-Easter that went through, but not today.

My son who is 38 years old had a heart attack a few weeks ago so I'm anxious to get back in gear and meet my goals.

My plan today....

EM -  Chocolate Protein Shake w/ Hazelnut Decaf Coffee
B -     Turkey Bacon w/ Spinach Quiche
S -     Banana
L -      Mediterranean Salad w/ LF Italian dressing
D -     Grilled Tilapia w/ garlic spinach
S -     Edys Fruit Popsicle / Protein Shake

Calories - 1308  Carbs - 106  Fat - 54  Protein - 87
