Back On Track Together
BOT first week completed
I did it. I made it back on track for one week. Always so hard getting started, but I did it. I journaled my food, first few days getting in my water was difficult but I overcame. This week I will add exercise (walk at least 4 miles--it's a start) and hope for continued results.
I have to thank everyone on this site ...this site motivated me and pushed me. I hope it will do the same this week.
