It is official I have a date!!!
I have been jumping through all the hoops for 5 months, so I'm really hoping to have a date by 6-9.
I have a date for surgery on July14th yay me...
This is something that I have been trying to do for many years, Now I ahve insurance that MAY cover.

I have my consultation on 2/17/10. Lets see how it goes!!!
Just waiting on insurance approval to set appointment
Mental health assessment this afternoon. Consult with the surgeon on 1/28.
My seminar is 01/21/2010, I hope to schedule surgery soon!! (RNY)
