I want to walk down the stairs with my son in my arms without my knees and ankles giving out
In order to do this I MUST change my lifestyle starting TODAY without any excuses!
I'm almost there but just can't get off the last few pounds.
A big milestone, also my 5th weight loss goal, if you don't count my losing 100 pounds goal.
I want to complete this goal by my daughter's graduation from High School.
I want to be able to help my grandkids with their ball games
HAVE NOT WEIGHED UNDER 200LBS FOR 15 YEARS MARCH 20,2009 LOOK OUT MY BIRTHDAY
I haven't weighed under 200 lbs in probably 12 yrs. I can't wait!
I gained over 110 lbs (50 kg) in 7 years. I'd like to get back to my high school weight, if not less
