Hi guys,
Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water this week. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - 3 protein coffees (90g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds
S - cubed ham
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - steak and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - trail mix

VITES:

calcium batches:
iron: stopped
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

MILES:
standing at the computer all day
stairs and leaning push-ups

Roz, best wishes to your DH. My DH got an X-ray of his wrist and it shows several tendons are messed up. He is wearing a brace now.

Eats today:

1/2 Quest Hero (11 grams)

Oatmeal

Protein coffee (22 grams)

Salad; laughing cow

Premier Clear Protein (20 grams)

I'm definitely short on protein today.

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Morning LW's!! I'm not sure if I'll get to post tomorrow. DG is getting a nerve block injection for his neck pain. He has been in terrible pain and having arm numbness since they operated on his neck.

hahaha...no excuses this time. Sometimes when I use my phone I do crazy things like that.

Good Protein total!! My goal is always 100+ Protein a day.

No junk food today and lots of protein.

Premier Protein - 30 grams

Caribbean Chicken (11 grams) frozen dinner and not very good

1 oz. of peanuts

DON'T GIVE IN TO THEIR OPINIONS!!!!!! BEST decision I've ever made for myself!!!! It has changed every part of my life and I feel so Thankful I got encouragement from my Surgeon.
