I'm home and hydrated
They let me come home from the hospital yesterday. I feel 100% better. I'm drinking water without any problems. I've even eaten 3 real meals albeit very little ones. My final diagnosis is moderate dehydration. I was lucky though no kidney problems! I am having problems keeping potassium in so I'm using a prescription supplement. I know about dehydration; I learned it in corpsman school in the Navy. I had no idea how insidious it can be or how serious it is. The irony is that I preached to my kids every summer and my colleagues when I'm on overseas mission trips about the dangers of dehydration. Believe you me, the irony was not missed by my now adult kids!
i just poured another glass of water thank you so glad you are feeling better
