Phoenix was born at 7:15am. 7 lbs 10 oz. and 19.5" long. At first we thought he looked like his big brother, Houston but after he was washed up we realized he has curly hair and has tinier features. Our DD is doing really good.

Hi Gina,
It was a late night last night, I didn't get home until after 9pm from our meeting. Now I have this cold/sinus stuff that is going around our work. I have to actually work the desk and wait on people this afternoon since we are so short staffed from people being sick.
Here is my plan today.

S: Decaf Coffee
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: 1/2 Grilled chicken Apple Pecan salad from Wendy's
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S: Cookie
D: BBQ pork, bite of baked beans & bite of potato salad
S: Decaf Coffee - maybe with protein
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 105 ozs
Miles: Walked 2 miles
