Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

It's almost Friday!!!   DD works until 9:30 tonight and then off to the hospital.  I'm guessing we will have to be at the hospital about 6:30am for all of the excitement... I didn't get any sleep last night and tonight is probably going to be worse.
 
I've been on Maintenance 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

Keep up posted, and hope you will be able to get a little sleep in!

Really need to decarb, had terrible pms this month. I also need to start tracking again, got a little lazy recently.

B Protein coffee x2 52g
L 2 slices roast beef with one light string cheese
S handful of grapes
D pulled pork, no bun and a little coleslaw
s handful of grapes with my bedtime iron

vites done
fluid 64 oz
miles none so far, cleaning house if washing floors and vacuuming count, thats it so far.

Hi Roz,
One more day until the little one arrives!!  I know you are soooo excited.  Can't wait to see pictures.

I started my day off bad, but hopefully it will get better.  We had 5 people not hear today because they are sick - that does not leave very many warm bodies to operate our building.  We have a board meeting tonight in a little town about 30 miles away so we get to drive in the rain afterwhile.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  2 - decaf coffees
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Brownie & Mixed nuts
L:  1/2 Low carb high fiber wrap, 2 ozs chicken, Laughing Cow Lite wedge, ff mayo, mustard

D:  Whatever they feed us at the meeting - less dessert!!
S:  Decaf Coffee

Vitamins:  Part of mornings, I am about 1/2 day behind right now

Tomorrow morning at 7:30am!!!   She has to be there tonight but we will be going up about 5:30 in the morning. 

We only have 8 people in our office and hardly anyone misses.  I don't know what we would do if we all started getting sick.

I took a slither of a brownie a couple days ago that one of girls brought it and it was AWFUL!  I wished I could have spit it out but that would have been so rude.

I'm going to have to get some wraps.  Your sandwich sounds delish!

Hoping I don't go crazy on hospital food tomorrow.  Hospitals should have to offer something healthy besides salad.  I'm just not a salad eater.  They always have lots of choices that are  grilled, fried, or pasta. 

An almost perfect Menu...LOL!

Still not feeling well, go and see the GI guys again tomorrow.  Hopefully one more dilation will fix it !
B-1/4 wheat quesadilla with ham/cheese
