Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Over the hump day!!  
 
I've been on Maintenance 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

Hi Roz,
I bet you are counting down to baby day!!!  I'm excited for you and I won't even be there to hold the little baby.

Son in law is still sick.  DD called and said her and DGD#2 might come and spend the night with us tonight.  I don't think they know what to do so she won't get this.  He is thinking of going back to the doctor today.

Got my hair cut and colored this morning.  DH called and was next door at the BBQ joint and asked me to stop by.  He and two friends were just hanging out so I sat with them for a little while.  That BBQ smelled sooooo good.  I got me a bowl of it.  It is delicious

I'm so excited I'm having trouble concentrating! I think because they live with us and I'm actually going to helping taking care of him.  My oldest DD# lived with us when her DD was born but she was breast feeding and was on maternity leave so I didn't get to do much.  It will be different with this little one.  I'm also worried about the health of the baby.  The last time they did a sonar there was still a white spot in his heart. They don't see any other signs of DS but a Mother/Grandma still worries.  I don't know how my DD will react if something's wrong.

I bet your hair is cute.  I know in your picture it looks so different from your previous Avatar.  I really like it. 

I loved BBQ before surgery but I just can't eat it know.  I don't seem to like anything strong.

Do you make your pudding or do you use the ready made?  Some of our LW's add Protein and then put it in the freezer for a nice cold treat.
