Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

So Far...So Good.  They haven't been out questioning us about anything yet so hopefully we get a good review.

Yeah I've had that happen and also sometimes I feel bloated yet I've lost!  It can be hard to tell.  You think you know but sometimes you just don't!

egg and 2 pieces of turkey bacon

3 oz chicken with some orange sauce

2 slices salami

Later:  Veal scallopini cutlet cabbage

some butter/oil to cook with and add to dinner (tablespoon?)

Total (w/o) second shake  820 cals, 76 protein, 37 fat, 17 carbs

second shake?  Maybe later which would add 145 cals 25 pro, to totals.

Miles:  an hour of personal training

Same ol' same ol....was on the verge of calling in today. I wish this would clear sinus headache added to the fun.  Going to lay down for a bit....I am pooped.

I had my pre-op meetings today.  The PA said if the bending didn't work, they would go in "OPEN"  not lap.  Another thing to be concerned about, darn.  The hospital wanted $4000.  Yeah right.  This is the first time I have done the high deductible thing and I know I have paid more than they have record of so I talked them down to 2000.  At least when this is over, everything else for the year is paid at 100%.  I am so ready to be done with all this.
