Menus and Miles Monday Feb. 6th
Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
Did you have a Great Super Bowl Sunday? We had all of my DD's and families over and it was a good time. I had a piece of Supreme Pizza and then splurged on a Cinnamon breadstick. The chips and dip never even got opened but since I deliberately didn't buy my favorite chips I should be OK with them around the house.
WOW...What a Saturday we had!! Our competition was in Pittsburgh so we were on local turf which makes for an awesome day when you take 9 teams and come home with 9 first place wins, Grand Champion, 4 Division Champions, and numerous specialty awards. If you understand what it's like to have rival local teams or schools then you will understand how important this competition was to my DD's Career.
I've been on Maintenance 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!
Protein: GNC Chocolate and Matrix Mint Cookie Protein Drink 35-40g

Congrats to your daughter and her teams! Sounds like they rocked the house. I am at work today, but still feeling nauseous. I brought food but doubt I'll eat it. I'm struggling to ge****er down. I have a call into my surgeon but he is in surgery all day. I'm hoping to get scheduled for an EGD sometime this week. On the up side, my energy level is increased. Not quite back to normal but close.
I took some Zofran so If all goes well:
B: yogurt 4g
S: laughing cow cheese 4 g
L: cottage cheese 8 g
S: protein drink 35 g
D: egg beaters 6 g
water: I'm up to 16 oz! vitamins: not today

Hopefully your surgeon can find out the problem!
Do you take Prilosec, Nexium or something similar? I have to take my Prilosec every day or my tummy either feels nauseous, makes growling noises, or makes me feel like I'm starving.
Good menu!

If you could see how she jumps and carries on you would never know she was 9 months pregnant. Everyone keeps telling her to calm down but her teams rely on her flipping out. It gives energy and confidence when they know she is pleased. She is totally worn out at the end of the day.
