Good morning Liz.  Im sorry for the rollercoaster.  I know every week you have been doing it, it seems.

Last week 149.6
This week 147.4

down 2.2 lbs

I did get down to 146 this week, but I knew not to count it because it was while I was in the ER after a spout of diarrhea and being sick all that morning.   What  a week.  Thanks to my meds I started eating again normal yesterday.   I hope I get surgery scheduled soon to get this darn gallbladder out.  It isnt constant pain, but it comes and goes through the day and is just so uncomfortable.  It doesnt like spicy food, and I love spicy food.   Oh well bland chicken for me most likely till I get it out.

Last week: 153
This week:  150.5

Loss:  2.5 lbs

Can't wait for next Sunday's weigh in - hopefully I'll be in the 140,s.  Keeping my fingers crossed.

Liz, unfortunately it looks like this is STILL a life long battle even after weight loss surgery.  I guess it will never end.  Look at some old BEFORE pics to cheer you up.  You've come a long way and should be proud of yourself.

It is but then I battled diabetes for the last 15 years...same type food choices as now. Second nature to me.

Last week: 109.3 lbs

This week: 109.6 lbs

increase .3 lbs, which is okay. still within my range of 108-110 lbs. my weight is rarely the same all week long. i think the longest it was the same number was 3 or 4 days.

Liz, I know it is frustrating to go up and down, when you are trying to lose weight, but .4 is completely normal (as you always tell me).

Celebrate being in the middle of a normal BMI. That is quite an accomplishment. The rest will come off. It takes longer at this stage.

Take Care,

Gail
