Good Morning WL Friends...

Today I am asking myself this strange question...if it has been asked before...bear with me...I would like to know and understand when losing weight....How many inches lost would equal a pound on the scale?  I am at maintence now but still would like to lose another 10 or 15 lbs...I seem to be staying the same on the scale but when measuring I am losing....Can anyone shed (pardon the pun) some light on this question?  Thanks    Have a great Superbowl weekend Everyone!!

I think the inches vary by person and where they carry their weight.

I don't know how inches converts to lbs.  That is tough, because you may be gaining muscle, so you won't lose weight (may gain) but you will lose inches!!  I hit a point (when I wanted to lose about 10 more lbs) that I was very comfy in my clothing size.  So I went by fit!!  AS long as my clothes fit, I was fine!!!

Good luck getting rid of those last lbs!! You can do it!!

There are never any problems, only solutions.  quoted by a dear and special friend!!!

My stats:
Starting weight 234 lbs    Height 5 ft 6 in
Goal in 7 months (127 lbs)
Currently: 120-123 lbs
Tops Small   Bottoms size 2!!!!
