WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Happy Groundhog Day!!!   The Groundhog saw his shadow this morning so 6 more weeks of winter.  It's been so nice here it feels like early spring.  I was surprised to watch Punxsutaney Phil seeing his shadow on the Today Show.  I don't know why but I thought that was just a PA thing.  This is how much of a hick I am.....I had a pet groundhog when I was growing up.  

I've been on Maintenance 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

Its been such a mild winter who cares if we have 6 more weeks of it.  LOL.  It snowed about an inch this morning but its melted away already.

Really!!!! a pet ground hog!!! I love the way they look but have never been near one.

PT this morning then paperwork.  Not much exciting today.

Not a good day.  I was so sick this morning, then headed to the ER.   So I had an IV bag at the hospital, then a glass of OJ and a few bell pepper slices with greek yogurt ranch dip.  Im not sick feeling anymore so I think Im going to grill a chicken breast, and get back on schedule tomorrow as long as my pain and nausea meds are working.

Hi Roz,
Our weather has been crazy.  Hot one week and cold the next.  Pollen is already bad too.
My grandparents and parents had a pet Groundhog when I was a baby(can't remember it's name).  I had to travel today for work so I couldn't get on earlier.  I'm off tomorrow, going to play with DGD#1.
