Stay busy until then. Read, read, read... Ask questions, etc. You're getting ready to get skinny by hook or by crook. Hang in there.

I think we were all probably a little nervous.  Try to stay busy and connected here.  My WLS was one of the best things I ever did for myself.  I had no complications and no problems.
Good luck.

Good luck on your surgery!!!  As long as you've research your heart out, you will do fine!!!

My bits of advice.....Do everything you are suppose to do from the start!!  Lose as much as you can in the "Honeymoon" phase!  That way you don't have to worry about it in the "Maintenance phase"!  Also...NEVER trust a fart!!!!!   And.....having this surgery is like having a baby (if you have kids).  Everyone will give you all kinds of tips and advice and tell you what you should be doing!  Just listen your Dr and you gut!!  You will do fine!!  Its a roller coaster of a ride, you will have your ups and downs!  Just remember on the downs, things will turn around!!

There are never any problems, only solutions.  quoted by a dear and special friend!!!

My stats:
Starting weight 234 lbs    Height 5 ft 6 in
Goal in 7 months (127 lbs)
Currently: 120-123 lbs
Tops Small   Bottoms size 2!!!!
