My DH keeps saying we could just get really big boobs and pull all that loose skin up.
No hints here either and certainly don't take his advice but good luck.

Boobies are money to plastic surgeons, not sexual objects. My PS smushed and pushed both of my mine. It was very clinical. Take a deep breath and put your mind somewhere else. DH was with me for my consult. He thought it was funny how the PS went from friendly to clinical mode and back. It is not as bad as you think.

It's important to lift your shirt. Your PS has to know what they're dealing with. They don't want a surprise on the operating table. If they don't want to look. LEAVE
At my consult my surgeon looked at my breasts. I told him that I wanted a reduction and lift and what I wanted to look like. I asked if they would stay perky without augmentation because at 61 I prefer the natural without needed upkeep in the coming years. I did go in with a lot of breast tissue. I was 42DDD prior to WLS and this summer Nordstrom's put me in a 34DDD bra. I was definitely ready to size down those puppies to fit my smaller frame. We looked at a lot of pictures of before and after so that I could show him the look I wanted. I showed him a pair from the OH PS board of a friend. He said he could make mine even more beautiful. We spent an hour looking at pictures and discussing. This was a huge decision for me. He delivered as promised. I look in the mirror and think I have breasts that any woman would be proud of.
You can look in my signature and see all of the procedures that I had done that day. The conversation about the breasts took up 1/3 of the consult/marking up time because that was my biggest concern.
Ask questions like: Under muscle, over muscle and then research because under is more painful. Find out what type (my doctor uses Mentor Gummy Bear Implants) and then research the heck out of that product and get reviews. Some are high beam implants. Some sit higher, some lower. Some are boxier than others. What kind of upkeep, how long will they last, risk of leaks.Where will your scars be? How does he insert the implants? What is the recovery period of his patients.
I would go and read the old post, or post a new topic over on the plastic surgery forum.
Look at tons of the surgeons before and after pics. Be honest about what would work for you as far as how you want to look. Don't be shy because if you are, you're likely to walk away with a product that you weren't expecting. You want to also be comfortable with the skill level and personal bedside manner which will be displayed in the consult.
I hope this helps!
