I turned my nose up to the shake until I tried it.
4 to 7 ice cubes
1 cup milk of your liking - I use plain soy or 2% hood
1 scoop protein powder - I like the vanilla or organge flavor but use what you like
1 banana
1 handfull fresh spinach
blend well in fixer. if not blending add a little more milk. this more 2 shakes i put half in fridge for later.

L roast beef and onions, Nut Thins, Laughing Cow wedge
D white chicken chili with cheese and sour cream on a tostada
S sf fudgecicle
S sf pudding, Activia light yogurt
S 2 sf dark chocolate squares, sf hard candy. I need to stop so much sugar free candy. My intestines will thank me. I started eating these hard candies when I quit smoking and I am having them too often.

I used to dump with too much but lately I have been tolerating them, except for the gas, if you call that tolerating them.
I didn't track yesterday but just a rough count it looks like at least 125 or more. When I am tracking it comes out to around 150 + usually.
