B - 2 protein coffees
L - some wheat thins, 6 oz steak (yea and I ate it ALL)
D - a homemead pizza on a low carb tortilla - pizza sauce, 3 pepperonies, cheese
S - a glass of milk

Vits:  some
Water:  did ok

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

That must have been very tender steak!  I'm lucky to get 2 oz. in of meat.  The only time I don't struggle with meat is KFC grilled.  DH keeps reminding me to slow down.

I'd like to see totals.

Hi Roz!
Got my grapefruit protein (love the tart flavor) but will probably get another kind just to mix it up...I am almost out of the cappucino, and think it is way too sweet.  Having a hard time trying to find something else.  Chocolate is a no go, as I got tired of Chocolate after having slim fast 4 times a day for my liquid diet - blech!  I was thinking the Pineapple, banana, orange Isopure 0 carb.  I will have to find a sample or something from Vitalady again.

L - Cajun chicken w/ jalepeno cheese - 16

It took me a loooong time to find Protein flavors that I liked.  I don't like fruity flavors but if you do then those flavors will give you some variety.  I turn on Chocolate easily.  I can handle it once a day but last week when I was ran out of Lemon Tea I had to skip some of my Protein because all of the chocolate made me nauseous.

I like the Lemon Tea because it's just a touch of flavor and I can add any flavor crystal lite I want but I only do that on a very rare occasions.  The flavoring seems to make me hungry.

You can order a box of 13 Nectares from http://www.si03.com/reg_index.htm for $13.00.  You won't want to order jugs from their site though because their prices are really high.

I can't wait to get tips from you!  I don't eat much wheat though or are you suppose too?  It's a good thing I am a boring routine eater because I get confused very easily when it comes to making new food choices.

OH my...no oatmeal!!!!!  I only have it a couple times a month but I really enjoy it when I do. I eat Campbells beef and vegetable soup with barley but other than that I really don't eat bread or rice.
