B: half yoplait smoothie with unsweetened almond milk and a scoop of unlfavored unjury. (First time having it and it was delicous. 130 cals 12g P, 14g C, 3.0g F
Snack: ww cheese stick 50 cals, 6g P, 0g C, 2.5g F
L: 1oz roast beef, two bites of swiss cheese and some coffee 100 cals, 6g P, 2g C 4g F
Snack: the other half of the smoothie 125 Cals, 12g P, 14g C, 2.5g F
D: 3 oz leftover venison and 1/2-3/4 cup of Kale w/ apple. 185 cals, 27.5g P, 15g C, 3g F
Total: 610 cals 64g Protein, 45g Carb, 15g F
Seems a bit low so I will probably have a protein drink later tonight when I'm at my weakest (around 9pm)
The smoothie does sound good but I'd like to see you find a protein drink with less calories and carbs and more protein. What are the stats just on the protein?

It was the unflavored unjury protein I added to it. So it's 20g protein zero carbs and fat. They are pretty good.
My default mostly used protein is the Jay Robb and it's even better with 25g protein and 1g carbs and zero fat.
These other ones I've been trying (like the GNC) is me playing around for different flavors and textures.
As for variety, at some point this week you'll see me posting game hens and maybe wild boar at the weekend! (I do love Wegmans!) I don't eat like this all the time though. LOL
You should buy some Unflavored Protein to add to your latte and pudding.
