 I've been feeling fatigued the last 3 days.  I'm going to up my water and protein and see if that helps.

B:  tea
S:  Unjury chocolate splendor 35 g
L:   Hamburger patty with laughing cow cheese wedge 28 g
S:  Chike banana cream shake 28 g
D:  smoked pork with  sugar free barbecue sauce 14 g

Water goal 80 oz. vitamins.

Have you started your iron or other vitamins yet? Some of things might affect energy are B12, D3 and iron. Otherwise, it could just be lack of calories that you were used to. You can make up some of that with without slowing your weight loss with protein shakes.

 I've been taking 2 multis, 3 calcium with D3, and sublingual B 12 since surgery.  I started iron when I started menstruating again last week.  I've been averaging 500-600 calories a day, 70-80 g of protein and 50-64 oz of water.  I think it might be hormonal as I am having a ridiculously heavy menses.  I am working on my fluid for sure.  Hopefully I will get some of my energy back.
