I'm starting my busy day, so I thought I'd start the thread.

I've been traveling all around and busy with the holidays, and I'm still losing 1 or 2 lbs a week, which is fine. I am very happy that I've gotten through the 150 barrier - it was a big one for me.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
