Hi everyone...

Went to my 6 week post-op, my surgeon was so happy with my weight loss (16lbs.), and was "so proud of my progress".    I felt so good after, was smiling the rest of the day. 

Protein Shake - Chike Orange Cream w/ soy - 36
L - Cajun Chicken rollup w/ jalapeno cheese & a small piece of Dublin cheese- 17
Protein shake - 1 1/2 scoops Pink Grapefruit Nectar -
S - Greek Yogurt with Banana Cream pudding (blech, never again) - 12
D - Chili lime chicken burger w/ Babybel lite - 25

Calories - 817
Fat - 23
Carbs - 27
Protein - 122

Something must be working right because I gained a few pounds, according to my scale.  According to my doctor's it closer to 5 but that's ok.  I finally figured out what I need to eat to gain.

B double protein decaf
L went for Chinese, egg flower soup, broccali chicken
D homemade white chicken chili with cheese and sour cream
S Think Thin protein bar.
S sf fudgecicle
S popcorn with butter
S double protein shake
S protein oatmeal cookie
