Hi Roz,
I didn't even get on line yesterday after I got to work.  Hope your Lemon Tea comes soon.  I would be pitiful without mine!!  I love it soooo much.

I'm going to go home and rip my house apart to see if I have any more stashes!  I found 2 scoops in an old cheer purse so I had 1 yesterday and I'm having the last one right now.

Menu sounds good!

Took an extra Nexium this am,and was not nearly as munchy. Think I am going to have to get some OTC Prilosec for the daytime.

You're right Roz, it does look a little light in the calories.  Maybe I'll add another protein coffee.
