Good morning Roz, or I should say good afternoon.  Ive already picked up my daughter from school.   Its a rainy day here in El Paso, so its just indoor fun for the rest of the day for us.  Glad you found a couple servings of your lemon tea.  :)

P: Chocolate Protein coffee with 1 TBS PB2, it was yummy
B: Smart Ones Egg McMuffin without top bun, and only half of bottom bun
S: Protein coffee, cutie
L: Buffalo Chicken Roll/ couple slices of a cutie
S: Pistachios
D: Left over Turkey Chili, the best Ive ever made it

Vits: Morning Multi & biotin, Iron &C, about to take 1st Calcium and D3.
Fluids: 50 oz so far.

I felt that way about my Ham and Bean soup this time or maybe I was just super hungry for it. I've never made a good pan of chili though.  I've given up trying and I just buy the Wendy's chili.

I forgot my protein drinks at home today!  How can you forget something that important?  I was in such a rush to get to the gym.  I also forgot my deodorant.  But that's another post isn't it.  LOL. 
I even tried getting ready the night before.  I'm such a rookie.

B:  Yogurt  4 g
L:  ham and cottage cheese 16
S: Yogurt 4 g
S:  Protein drink (when I get home) 35 g
D:  sausage gravy/scrambled egg  7 g
S:  Protein drink 35 g

I think I've mention to you before that I keep extra of everything at work (extra cup and protein).  I've forgotten mine so many times I can't keep track of number of times.  DD has always been sweet enough to drop them off some time during the day but I was getting embarrased asking her to do that so now I keep stocked up at work (which I had extra stock of lemon tea...ugh).

Did you get your Protein order?  What flavors did you order?

I ordered Chocolate Splendor and Chicken soup.   They still have not come in.  I am going to drink my last 2 Syntrax samples when I get home tonight.  One is fruit punch and the other is Blue Sky or something like that.  I am not fond of the Nectars.  As soon as my order gets here I am going to make several little baggies of 1.5 scoops and bring them to work.  I am also going to bring extra vitamins and a shaker cup to stash in a drawer.  That's a good idea Roz.  I'm taking it.

Hi Roz!!! Had a $10vitamin shop coupon to use so I got a Jay Robb chocolate for $11 last night. Love it w coffee!!

PT this morning.  he was pleased with my progress and we got to 94 degrees today with lots of work and pain.  My job is to keep it there, or add to it on my trip.  Hopefully I can.

I think I have all my protein and protein bars packed.  Not sure I can fit in a shaker bottle, my bag is exploding.  I'm not taking my computer so I will be able to read but not to post.  I can't every remember what my sign in stuff is with a new computer.
