Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

I lucked out and found 2 servings of my Lemon Tea in my Cheer bag..YEAH!  Drinking the Chocolate during the afternoon made me nauseated yesterday.  It's way too sweet for a quick protein Drink during the day.  In the mornings I spread it over my ride to work and getting things organized for the day so I've never had any trouble.  Hope my order comes quick!

I beat boneless chicken thighs until they're quite thin, coat them in Bisquick, paprika, garlic salt and pepper. Fry them in peanut oil. The coating is very light.

One of our best friends who lives in Orlando and we only get to see a couple times a year LOVES Pandas.  Every time I look at your profile picture I think of her.

Good Start to the day!

It is so helpful to see what you guys are eating everyday! And every time I see a post by Gina I want to reach through the computer and picture and snatch up her puppy! I love love love Shih Tzu's. I had one as a pet during my teenage years and my mom has 2. I tell her they're the only reason I come home for a visit!
