Good morning! I'm off to the gym...

 I need to get some exercise in.  It was much easier when I was off work to fit in a long walk 3-4 times a week.  I work four 10 hr days and go to school 2 nights so even 30 minutes is hard to fit in.  I decided to go to the gym before work for 45-60 min of walking.  What do you do to get your exercise in when your schedule is tight?

i work from home and mostly set my own schedule.  I am sitting on my exercise ball as I type.  I have been getting to the gym/pool most days when I don't have meetings.  I end up going in the middle of the days after I put out the morning fires, before the afternoon ones.  Once I can start working the ponies again, it will be much harder, I know.  I would much rather spend free time with them than at the pool.

Great job!
On my 12 hour days, its impossible, but on the other 4 days a week, I have to make an appointment with myself to make sure I go to yoga or pilates. It also helps my best friend lives around the corner and we walk with the dogs on my days off or 8 hour days.

Morning workouts are the best for me, even if I have to go in early. I can't seem to fit a workout into my schedule at other times of the day. I have a friend in my nieghborhood who will meet me at 5:30am. It is really nice having a workout buddy.
