I hope he sees some progress too!  Does stretching it hurt as bad as it use to?

I had to drink Chocolate Mint this afternoon and it made my tummy a little nauseated. I think it's too sweet.  In the morning I make it before work, sip it on the way, and then for awhile after I get to work.  My afternoon Lemon Tea goes down quickly but I guess I can't do that with the Chocolate. I won't run out again!  When I open the last one I'm going to order.

Good Menu!

I love the chocolate mint too.  It was the first to go last time because I like to use it for my coffee and for a shake in the evening.  But middle of the day, yeah, lemon tea or fuzzy navel are my choices.

I have gone back to taking pain meds during the day so I can keep pushing it all day. (and eating chocolate). I don't take them if I am driving, but otherwise I do.  Yeah, it hurts just as bad.  I guess I have at least another couple of months or so of this.  Seems like a forever process for such little progress.  The Dr said most progress is made in the 1st 3 months and we are at 2 post op now.
