I saw 119 all week and ended up at 120.6 this morning I believe....I didn't want to get below 120..i had a bad week though, started taking some new medication that made me feel sick and couldn't eat much so thats probably why I am down from 122.6 from last week...I have a feeling I will easily get back up to my normal this week...nice to see a good loss from you Liz! Those last few pounds can be difficult..
148 last week, 152 this week. Eh, TOM....
I am continuing not to stress about it. I know I am doing what I am supposed to and have been off of the sugar and carbs for four weeks. The body will do what it needs to.
Congrats to all of the loosers this week!!! Way to kick some bum!

I lost another 4 pounds this week and am feeling good. Getting some energy back, getting my 70+ grams of protein in, and following the post-op plan rigorously. Surgery was less than a month ago (12/27) and I've lost 24 pounds including pre-surgery weight loss. I have hope for the first time in many, many years.
