No it's 22 lbs since 12/26/11. That includes my pre op loss too. 14 pounds since my surgery on 1/6/2012. Not bad though. I'll take it!

Usual fluid fluctuation and/or I am losing some muscle since my workouts are less. I have been nursing a shoulder with tendonitis for the past few weeks.

3 lbs difference. i think it is the loss of swelling in my knee after a week on steroids. Certainly isn't because of any diet changes.
