Thought I would start it this week because I'm heading out the door to the gym (yay, me!) and might not get back on today.

Last week I was 165 and this week 161 so good week for me!

HW: 218, SW: 204, CW: 139 GW: 112-119

                 I found those last 10lbs to goal were the hardest to lose...and the most frustrating!!  In the  end Im there at goal and just happy to be there!!!  Now Im hoping to get under my goal by at least 10lbs in case of bounce back weight...thanks again!!  Hang in there...it will happen for you too!!!

Last week  152.8
This week 150.6

Lost 2.2 pounds.  That weight loss was in the last 2 days, it was driving me crazy all week not losing anything.  Then my TOM started and was losing. I also upped my protein this week so I think that helped.

I have to wait until my doo-daas (TOM) is over to drop a few pounds.  Think that' why I lost 4 this week because I had the TOM last week.

Last week: 168
This week: 164
Worked on consistency this week. Got in 70+ gm protein, 600 range cal and got my 64 oz of water daily. Had to keep my exercise at 60 min per day (from 90) because had shot in hip for bursitis and in foot for plantar fasciitis. Have a great week everyone!
