hey everyone i havent posted in a while been super busy with work and the kiddos... anyways im doing ok since surgery. i had to have emerg surgery december 14 cuz my gallbladder was super infected n filled with stones but other than that i been ok.. im trying to deal with hairloss right now ... smh ... i do 4get my vits once in a while but 99% of the time i take em.. i have lost 81 lbs so far and have 19 more to go ... but man my weight has been stuck for abt a month alreadyy.. anywho i found my fave workout ever zumba... i go atleast 5 days a week n its the best im hoping with all my might i will be able to hit goal by my birthday 4/28...

Glad to see you back!  Too bad about your gallbladder - but now that it's out, it sould be better.  I'm about where you are - almost 6 months out, with 20 lbs to go, and hair falling out for the past couple of months.  I'm working on upping my protein (slow going there), and I added biotinto my vitamins to help with the hair loss.  Keep to the plan with exercise and protein, and you should see your weight start to move again.

those last #s go slow, but they do go.  When mine slowed way down at about 5 months, I found that if I ate the same number of calories but dropped the carbs, the weight started going again.  Also made sure my protein was over 100 each day.  My last few months of losing I was losing 3-6lbs a month so you may reach goal by your birthday.

I loved Zumba but I don't think it helped my knee.  Don't know if I ever will be able to get back to it, maybe.  Glad you found something you love.  Linda is another fan.

It's great to see you!!  So happy you are down 81 lbs....congrats!! 

Take biotin and use Nioxin Shampoo and Conditioner for your hair once the hairloss slows down.   My hair actually is thicker than it's been in years and has a little body now.

Increase your calories with Protein for about 3 days and then drop your calories back down and that might get you losing again.
