Oh..they didn't shovel. We live in the country and there is a lot to plow. We have a plow attached to a tractor and DSIL has a plow attached to a quad. DD had to work today and she said there was a lot of blac**** outside of Pittsburgh. Practically everything in Pittsburgh was shut down. Our country roads were actually pretty good. It's those city folks who don't know how to take care of their roads (I don't really talk like that)...lol
DD applied for her mortgage this week. They got their good faith estimate back yesterday. It's a little sad to think of them moving but we are so excited for them. She only has 3 more weeks until the baby comes....YEAH! She also took over the cheer program for a gym in Pittsburgh that has 3 teams this year and hopefully more after try-outs in the spring. She has a lot on her plate right now but super happy.....a little uncomfortable but super happy!

B double protein decaf
L mock French toast with sf syrup, Nut Thins, Laughing Cow wedge
D not sure, might be going out. If I do I will probably get steak, baked potato with sour cream and butter and a salad with bleu cheese. If I don't go out I will have the taco casserole on a tostada with sour cream
S sf fudgecicle
S popcorn with butter. I bought some mushroom popcorn online and it is great. It is what they use to make kettle corn and carmel corn. I was dying of curiosity to try it but I doubt I will get it again since it is pretty expensive. I just bought a little bit to try it.
S protein shake or protein pudding. For some reason whenever I have a protein shake or hot drink at night it upsets my stomach. No problem the rest of the day but at night it makes me gassy so I have been having protein pudding instead.
S protein oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
S Think Thin protein bar probably or other protein snack. I'm starting to get tired of them. Good thing because my stash is almost gone.

For the mock French toast I mix 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese with an egg, some Splenda, cinnamon and nutmeg and cook it in a sprayed pan, kind of like a pancake. When it sets on top I flip it. It really does remind me of French toast, especially with the sf maple syrup.

I've tried making Chocolate pudding with my Chocolate protein but I didn't really care for it. I haven't bought the unflavored for awhile but I'm going to have to pick some up. I used to put it in my soups too.

I found the pudding didn't taste right, either, with the chocolate protein. My unflavored protein powder is pretty unflavored so you really can't taste it in the pudding, but it does affect the texture. I saw they sell some protein pudding type cups but those look pretty expensive.
