Please let us know if someone needs something.  I just passed on some unjury chicken broth to someone from support group (I couldnt stand it) but have some protein that has passed onto me that I don't love and is too carby. I also have various bariatric vitamin samples that I received at group that I would happily send to someone (they are just samples but still might help out someone).  I am blessed and just received an order from netrition.com today!!  Oh Happy day!  (says me as I am drinking a decaf protein coffee after a CRAZY day at work today).

Also there are programs to get you vitamins. Bariatric Advantage definitely has one and I'm pretty sure Celebrate does too.

We gave away most of the protein powder we had. But if anyone has any unflavored they don't want...pass it this way. I can add it to food.

I will ask if anyone has a cheap source for B12...I emptied the bottle last night about halfway thru my week. And even tho my levels are currently over 2000, I don't want to go too long without it. I can handle buying enough to get thru til we get an order in to vitalady.

I know dh is putting together a vitalady order but not sure when it will go in.

I live in Israel and get Disabilty so any hel I get for Citamins/Protein Powder is greatly appreciated!
