Question about carb....
Those are the totals I use on maintenance and they seem to work for me.
When I was in the losing stage I avoided "bad" carbs like pasta, rice, potatoes, and white bread. During that stage I didn't count my carbs at all. I focused on getting my Protein in (through Whey Protein) and then I ate lots of Protein plus vegetables and fruit which are "good" carbs. During the losing stage you can still lose while eating bad carbs so it's best to just avoid them so you don't get into any bad habits.
Now that I'm on maintenance my goal is 50 - 25 - 25. I use the percentages that fitclick uses and I don't know if it is NET or not.
