4'11" here too. Goal is 100# but I don't know how realistic that really is .just a number I picked off the height and weight chart for my height. it said between 95 and 115 of my height. 123 is the most I could weigh for my BMI to be in the normal category.
Getting to 100# would have me losing another 51# aand lately I'm just not seeing it happen.

4'11" here, married to DH who is 6'4".
I thought I would be thrilled to get to 140 and would be happy there as I had been there once and it seemed ok. Breezed by that one.
Then I thought 124 would be great because that is normal BMI.
Then I thought 114 would be ok because that is what the chart says is ideal.
This morning I was 110. That is my all time low. I really don't want to get much lower but do like the idea of a little bounce back room. I bet I come home from New Orleans heavier, LOL

My dear Price, I won't say, " I told you that you could do this." But, I will say it. LOL!!! I thought that you would drop down further than your goal. You might even drop down further. Sometimes I think about going lower, but I am just not very willing to drop my calories and I am mostly muscle and loose skin anyway, according to the body fat tests that I have had.
I have been easily maintaining between 108-110 since last April. My calories range from about 1300-1500 cal/day. Sometimes I go over, but not very often. Like you, I track my food everyday. As you increase your exercise, you may drop a bit more, even though you are building muscle.
Have fun in New Orleans. If you come back a bit heavier, it is okay, because you will work it off and it will be mostly be water weight.
Take Care,
Gail

I'm 5'1" except sometimes I'm 5'0" (it varies)
My goal weight was just to get to a normal BMI. I'm happiest at 120 and got down to 112-113 at my lowest.
