I've been eating more then I have since surgery and this morning the scale said I lost 2 lbs?  WTF?  I hope it's just a fluke and tomorrow will be better.  The good thing is I am able to eat a lot more.
B protein decaf with 2 scoops
L went to Mexican, a few tortila chips and salsa, refried beans with cheese, most of the insides of a chicken enchilada, sour cream
D taco casserole, tostado, sour cream.  I guess it's a Mexican food kind of day.
S sf fudgecicle
S popcorn with butter
S sf pudding with protein powder
S Think Thin Brownie Crunch
S protein oatmeal chocolate chip cookie (sf)

It is really strange that you keep losing.  Hopefully you get to the wait you want to be at and can maintain it.  I know I should know this but how far out are you? 

You must have a strong stomach to eat all of that Mexican...LOL

I'm back to my normal weight so that 2 lbs was some kind of fluke.
I am 18 months out now.  No foods seem to bother me.  I love spicy :)
