WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

YEAH for the scales!!!  It really does help to be accountable.  I wasn't able to go back and edit as I added things and switched things around so I started cheating a little bit but Linda told me to use quick edit so now I have no excuses....lol

Glad to see you added a Protein drink in. I know I'm being a pest but I'd really like to see you getting more Whey protein in.  We just don't absorb all of the protein in those other things.

hurray, my protein order came yesterday so I had stuff for today.  You don't realize how additted you are until you are out.

I had a hard but good day at PT today.  I got up to 90 degrees of bend which was the most I have gotten so far.  I think a lot of it is that I have been on the steroids and that has reduced the swelling.  Which is kind of scary because tomorrow is my last day and I don't want the swelling to come back.  One more wee****il I go back to the surgeon and I want to have some real progress to report so I keep stretching and bending and hopefully it will continue to work out.

I'm going to order my stuff from LuckyVitamin tonight Price.  It really was the best price.  I've got to order some vits and calcium chews from Vitalady too.  I'm so afraid I'm going to run out before it comes.  I'll have to drink chocolate every meal and I crave my lemon tea.

Glad to hear things are getting better.  You must be working really hard!
