I had a hard but good day at PT today. I got up to 90 degrees of bend which was the most I have gotten so far. I think a lot of it is that I have been on the steroids and that has reduced the swelling. Which is kind of scary because tomorrow is my last day and I don't want the swelling to come back. One more wee****il I go back to the surgeon and I want to have some real progress to report so I keep stretching and bending and hopefully it will continue to work out.
