Lab Help

I got my labs back, what they did anyway.
Most were fine.  The only concern is my liver enzymes.  They want me to talk to my PCP about them.  I am concerned about my protein.  It went down a bit, at the bottom of the range as it is, though my albumin stayed the same.  The reason this concerns me is I get at a minimum 150 grams of protein a day, although I upped it to over 175 grams in the last month or so.
Anyway, Gina or anyone who knows these things, if you could give me feedback I would appreciate it.  Also, if you could let me know what other labs I need maybe I can convince my PCP to do them when I see her again.  I have Vitalady's list but I am afraid she will continue to say no but maybe if there are a few that are crucial maybe I can convince her.

I have having problems posting them.  I will try to find a way to post them so they make sense.

Keep drinking those protein shakes, the more the better. You want the albumin in the 4's regardless of where the protein serum comes in.

Potassium has me a little worried.

I didn't see vitamin A, and since it a fat soluble vitamin, they should test it for just like vitamin K1. (add those if you can)

Good D3, PTH and calcium.

Iron markers look good.

Thanks.  I specifically asked for those tests since they  are fat soluble but they still don't believe I malabsorb fat.  Maybe because my D is good they think it's because I don't malabsorb.  Not the D3 50,000 that I take.  I will ask her again when I see her.
I am a little worried about the sodium, too.  Do I need to eat more salt?  I'm not a salt fan.  Should I take a Potassium supplement?
I'll keep up with the protein shakes.  You would think with 175 grams of protein a day the numbers would be higher.
I was glad my Ferritin went up a bit.  The only reason it was high to begin with is because I had an iron infusion and it has been dropping steadily since.  This is the first time it went up.

What you might do to bring up sodium and potassium is drink V8 juice.

I take a potassium supplement but I have a good dietitian watching the lab results with me. She said I wasn't low enough to need a prescription so I just take several OTC potassium supplements a day and we adjust the daily total as needed.
