Thanks Jody....I thought about you all a lot this weekend. I have a cold today and really achy but that always seems to happen when we travel.

I hope you start feeling better soon.

Sounds like a good menu!  Does someone hunt the beavers or it just called that?  What does it taste like?

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

RNY on 10/21/08 with
Tom traps and got 2 huge ones this year.  He uses the furs for hats, gloves, scarves, etc and eats the meat.

Its a lot like pot roast - in fact when we had it last time you wouldn't have any idea it WASN'T real beef pot roast.

I'm trying a new recipe today - a pkg of Lipton onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and a can of mushrooms with the water.  I mixed it up, put it on top of the meat and covered the meat with it (both sides).  This actually was for a regular pot roast but figured it would be good with this too.

Early am PT, then craft class.  The PT was the new one and I like him but he didn't offer me a lot of hope.  He said some folks bodys just work against them and now matter what they do, not much works.  He did suggest a brace which I will talk to the dr about.  Sounds like of like a torture device but I'm game for most anything at this point. headed back to the pool in a minute.

decaf protein coffee 46g

Ham and parm cheese are high in sodium. If that is all your sodium for the day, it isn't too bad.
