Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

WOW...I have a lot of posts on the LW board to catch up on! Thanks Gina for starting M&M!!! We had a great trip but tiredness to taking over today. I was short on Protein Drinks this weekend but tried to make good food choices. I ate a lot of cheese and vegetables, avoided the fries, and didn't even have any salty popcorn. I didn't eat as much as usual and did tons of walking. In a couple of days I know whether the scales are happy or not.

Teams were a huge success. We took 9 squads and 5 of them won first place, 2 seconds, 1 third, and 1 fourth. I can't remember all of the speciality awards they won but 2 teams won Division Champs and our Diamonds won the Bid for Worlds that pays $25,000 towards their trip.

Wow, sounds like your trip was successful.  Go Diamonds!  $25K towards their trip is huge, right?  Congrats to the other squads as well.  What sport?  I probably should know, but can't remember.  Try to rest up, sounds like you need it. Especially your voice from all that cheering.

Thanks and it's All-Star Cheerleading.  My DD Coaches and Choreographs for a living and she has 13 teams. My DH and I travel with her and my oldest DD who helps with the advanced squads.  Yes, 25,000 is a big deal.  Each Cheer Company gives out limited bids and it will pay for most of the girls trip.

I'm really worried about your protein total.  Your Organs, Muscles, heart, hair need Protein.

I agree about the protein.  I ordered some Unjury protein powders to add a second shake into my day.  I bought some ready to drink Atkins Advantage to hold me over for a couple of days till the good stuff gets here.  Thanks for worrying about me.  My lab test from 1/4/12 showed protein at 8.5.  That labs high normal is 8.3.  I will up my protein.  I promise.

This is the best they have ever performed and they got new uniforms.  You can see in the video how they sparkle but they looked beautiful on stage plus the black makes them not look so busy and you can see their skills.  It's at Disney World again. I guess they have a 6 year contract which should be about up.  I guess they are having it overseas when that time comes.

Sounds like a great plan!
