Good Morning. Being slightly OCD helps
LOL - I know I'm OCD and I do think it helps in some areas like vitamins. I have to be on my schedule and pretty much do the same thing every day.
I have the OCD in other areas too - like locking the door and rechecking this.....
I think since this surgery I have gotten more into the verifying mode. At first I would blindly follow what my surgeon and NUT said. Now I'm more likely to check it out and make an informed decision on my own. Like the protein drinks, my NUT doesn't like you doing them, but I really think that is what has helped me to be successful and get to my goal and stay there so far.
