Good Morning. Eating is overrated

At least that's how I feel right this minute. I've had 2 1/2 protein coffees since 4AM and now I'm trying to eat second breakfast with the family. Eating is highly overrated!  It's only once a week so I'll tough it out. 

I hope everyone has a great Sunday.  We'll be watching football. Go Packers!!!

I have finally seemingly gotten a handle on the weekend breakfast thing.  Used to drive me crazy.  I get up and have my protein decaf, 2 huge cups, 1.5 scoops of protein between the 2, then am ready for breakfast.  Everyone else is asleep.  So now I slice a string cheese on a glass plate and nuke it for a minute.  That is my 1st breakfast.  Then when the gang is ready for something different, I am too. 

Wish I could get the dinner routine worked out because I want to eat much earlier than they do.  Last night they left to go bowl at 5:45, before supper.  I just ate when I got hungry and left the rest for them when they got home.  Weekends are the worse.  I can usually get us both at supper on the weekdays unless DH has bowling league.  Then I cook my fish and he brings home fast food when he is done. 

Going to the pool to workout after lunch.

While I made pancakes this morning, I did add protein powder to the recipe and dh thought it was pretty good.

Yep - I agree!!  I thought you meant EATING just once a week would be ok!  LOL

I know how you feel.  I don't usually eat anything before lunch time.  My protein drinks and decaf keep me going and full in the mornings.  My DH never eats breakfast so it is not a problem in our household unless my parents are here and then you have to have breakfast.... they are used to me just drinking my meal and have stopped questioning it.
