Sunday Weigh In
I do,but it is a "mug" recipe. Only makes one. I guess you could increase the ingredients according to how many you want to make, but would need a microwave muffin tin.
Cinnaamon Flax Muffin
Spray a mug/cup with Pam.
Add one egg or 1/4 cup egg sub.
Add 1/4 cup flax meal
Add 1/4 tsp baking powder.
Add 1 tbsp of sweetener of choice.
Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Mix in mug with a fork.
Microwave for 1 min. (Start witha minute and if top still looks moist cook by 10 sec increments more till not wet looking on the top. My micro takes 1 min 10 sec. you will have to play with the time.
Turn muffing out of cup. May have to tap it gently. Add butter,sf jam, cream cheese, whatever and enjoy.

These stats are for using a real egg and whey low sweetener.
Good luck and if you increase the recipe, let me know how they come out and what you did.

Hi Liz,
I still lost after 2 years out. I'm sure you can get where you want to get to. Have you tried changing things up for a few days and then going back down? Sometimes that helps.
I was 126 last week
127.5 this morning
+ 1.5 pounds - still in my range though
The gain is all my fault - have not exercised and added in way too many bad sweets. Got my recipes back out yesterday and spent the day cooking for next week. I made some carb quik cinnamon buns tonight and they were pretty good. I need something that has some sweetness to it and these work great for that.

So, I am also the same as last week. Not too thrilled about it. But, I am off of the sugar and carbs so, I know it is only a matter of time.
I was at 120-125 for a very long time until I was put on new medication. Yes, one side effect is weight gain and at 120, I wanted to gain. I just looked so sick, saggy and sad. But, 150 is way more than I wanted. I am very happy that my goal is to loose 15 lbs, what I would have given to have such a small target in the past!
As a result, I am not totally freaking out about the lack of movement. Ok, well maybe a little annoyed... but I am trying to keep myself in check!
