I know what you mean about being the lowest you have ever been...I started my gaining at age 12.

The medical coding course I wanted to take has been cancelled so we decided for now I am just going to take Excel and Word classes to upgrade my office skills until I find a medical insurance and coding class.  I will probably take the medical terminology and A & P classes later.

i am begining to think I am really in maintenance.

I did get  permission to switch the oatmeal every morning for flax meal. BIIIG difference in carbs. Oatmal has 28 carbs -4 of which are fiber.
Flax meal has 8 carbs all of which are fiber. so I have hD A FLAX MUFFIN LAST TWO DAYS FOR BREAKFAST NSTEAD OF oatmeal. we will see and hope it keep my bowel issues straight.
