Sunday Weigh In
Staying steady down to 121.8 this week..last week I think it was 122.8, looks like I have been in this range for two months now..just waiting for any sign of bounce back weight..I like it here and don't want to gain!! I dont understand how I gained a pound in a day. I think its because I have to use the bathroom and cant. Being so close to goal of 145, it seems like it is taking forever till I look at it at a week loss. I guess I am doing good weither I lost 2.6 lbs or 1.4 lbs. I am hoping to get under the 150 mark this week so I can say I offically lost 100 pounds. Its crazy I feel like Ive lost a whole person.
This week I tried out 2 new recipies. Im planing on trying out new very low carb, high protein meals. I want to find a few new meals that will still fullfill my hubbys meat and potato mentality. So since my hubby has 6 months left of his deployment I have time to find some new meals. I made pizza this week. LOL If you are on my face book then you have seen pictures. It was made with a cream cheese and egg crust. Totally fullfilled the craving for real pizza. Then yesterday I made egg muffins. They were really yummy. My 3 year old has eaten them boh twice now.
I hope you all have a great week ahead. Weeks actually mean something to me now that my daughter started preschool.
