Staying steady down to 121.8 this week..last week I think it was 122.8, looks like I have been in this range for two months now..just waiting for any sign of bounce back weight..I like it here and don't want to gain!! So scarred of that...DH is doing well too, loosing about 2 pounds a week AND I saw him put down something the other day because it had "too many carbs" now that is progress!

Yesteray 151.6 today 152.8?

I dont understand how I gained a pound in a day.  I think its because I have to use the bathroom and cant.   Being so close to goal of 145, it seems like it is taking forever till I look at it at a week loss.   I guess I am doing good weither I lost  2.6 lbs or 1.4 lbs.   I am hoping to get under the 150 mark this week so I can say I offically lost 100 pounds.  Its crazy I feel like Ive lost a whole person.  

This week I tried out 2 new recipies.  Im planing on trying out new very low carb, high protein meals.  I want to find a few new meals that will still fullfill my hubbys meat and potato mentality.   So since my hubby has 6 months left of his deployment I have time to find some new meals.   I made pizza this week.  LOL   If you are on my face book then you have seen pictures.  It was made with a cream cheese and egg crust.  Totally fullfilled the craving for real pizza.  Then yesterday I made egg muffins.  They were really yummy.  My 3 year old has eaten them boh twice now.  

I hope you all have a great week ahead.  Weeks actually mean something to me now that my daughter started preschool.

Next time I will make sure to overcook the crust.  The outside on the edges were the best, so I will make sure it is evenly browned, instead of just a little brown.

That sounds great and I might even get my daughter to eat it, too.  She is very picky but this doesn't have anything she doesn't like, like my cauliflower crust did.
I can't wait to make it.

Last week: 110 lbs.


staying in my range of 108-110 lbs. Weight seems to fluctuate related to salt intake, exercise, and the moon. LOL!!
