I have searched the world over and finally found my true love LOL! Protein shake that is. Pouch seems to like it . Muscle Milk Light. 100 calories, 5 carbs, 15 grams of protein. They are the size of a juice box. Today I have had 3 of them. I found them at SAMS last night. DH was not really happy that I bought a case without trying them. Now I just need my OH seal of approval before I marry this shake. LOL Let me know what you think guys. Praying the scales go down and this frown turns upside down!
Nothing tastes as good as this feels!

I used to love those.  I had them a lot when I was a new post op but one day I must have got a bad batch and it was terrible.  I haven't wanted to touch it since.

Yay!!!  You found one......I  bought a case of those too and hated them. I do use some of the Muscle milk light powders and like them but there is something about the RTD that I can't stand.

So happy you found something and  especially in the RTD.

Glad to hear something good about this product. I've seen it at the grocery store but the very name makes the skin on my back crawl for some reason.

Don't forget, if it's not 100% whey isolate, you're not absorbing 100% of the protein... but if you are making it up with food, etc., they are fine!

I was told at BJ's Bariatrics that they had some problems with them being high in heavy metal???    I did not like the taste so never researched this or the effects.  It could have been a sales ploy to get me to buy the his products,  which I did not like either.

At 15 months out I just finally found some protein that I could tolerate- Premier protein RTD which I am so excited for those 12 hour shifts when I just don't have time to eat.
