Was last night your first scrambled egg?  If so, go slowly tonight.  For whatever reason, eggs give lots of folks problems.  I don't think Roz can eat them yet.  So last night may have not been so much that you ate to fast, but you were eating egg.  Sometimes folks who can't eat them scrambled can eat them fried or in salad or can eat eggbeaters.
One of my early foods was the insides of lazagna, like everything but the pasta.  Only a tablespoon or 2 but the cheese, meat and tomato shouldn't hurt you unless it is really fatty and you could react to the fat.

Tonya,

I have tried scrambled egg about 2 1/2 weeks out...it didn't go well...in fact I hear a ton of people have problems. Some do better with egg salad, probably because it is a bit more moist. I will try it when I feel like eating eggs again...my last experience turned me off for a while.

If you want to eat something similar to what your DH is eating tonight, why not make a Ricotta Bake? I always eat this when DH & son is having italian...you can add sausage crumbles to this or Turkey meatballs (quartered). Not sure if you are familiar with Eggface, but she has some great recipes! You do do not have to feel deprived.

Sure, anytime!  I love her recipes...and the ones I have tried do not make me miss "regular" food at all.

Hi Gina!  Just got up - what a bum I am today.  Had a charlie horse this morning when I stretched - OUCH!  Still sore.  I don't get them...

My pouch has been touchy today.  It didn't feel good this morning after I drank the milk... havent tried anything else since. I've found out that when it feels good, I think I can eat - then I feel yucky again.. hope they figure it out soon!

B - 2 pieces of bacon and coffee and a small glass of milk
L -  nothing
D - thinking of going out again... we'll see... no one will make a decision here...

Vits yes
Water  was behind - think I've caught up some now

I hope you're feeling better this evening. Was it RH or something else?

Morning Gina,
I slept until almost 9:30 this morning!!!  I hardly ever sleep late.  These long hours at work are getting to me already and we just started....

I'm thinking I might make a big pot of soup today.  I'm going to look through my CarbQuik recipes and see what I can make with that today.  Might be a cooking day for me.  I need to find better snacks-treats to eat.
